I lived in Chicago from 2006 to 2009 and worked at the University of Chicago;\u00a0 I lived in the South Loop for two years and Lakeview for one.\u00a0 These were the days before Instagram and good-quality cell phone photos.\u00a0 Living in Chicago was a dream of mine since I was a little girl.\u00a0 I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to live the big city life for those three years.\u00a0 I didn’t know a soul when I moved there — but I went to every museum, walked until my feet hurt, fell in and out of love, made friends, tried a million different restaurants, took thousands of photos, and became an expert on the CTA.\u00a0 Chicago will always be one of the greatest loves of my life.<\/p>\n
