Where We Stayed: The Blackstone Hotel
Mike and I took the girls to Chicago for 48 hours to see SIX and to visit the Museum of Science and Industry. We had a great time. I hadn’t been to MSI in years, so that was really fun to revisit. They had a special exhibition for Mold-a-Rama — and if you were a kid in the Midwest who ever visited a zoo or a museum, you know what Mold-a-Ramas are. The nostalgia was strong!
We ordered takeout sushi for dinner from a place near our hotel. The next day, Mike and the girls went to breakfast and visited the Bean while I slept in. Then we went to the matinee showing of SIX. We all loved the show so much! After the show, the girls got autographs from some of the actresses. It was a really fantastic weekend.

We also went to a really cool show/experience about sound and music.
Mike loved the James Bond exhibition.
